About the position

The Principal Sales Training Specialist for AF Solutions EP at Boston Scientific is responsible for executing and enhancing internal training programs for clinical and sales teams. This role focuses on developing a robust training program that integrates existing technologies and new innovations in the field of electrophysiology (EP). The specialist will deliver training through various formats, including eLearning, virtual classes, and in-person sessions, while also ensuring the certification of individuals supporting the EP product line.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person and virtual sales training sessions.
• Facilitate classroom training and continuously evaluate learner performance.
• Customize training approaches for different sales roles (Sales, Clinical, etc.).
• Assess trainee performance and gather feedback to improve the training program.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales training program, including virtual and classroom content.
• Conduct product launch training for new technologies.
• Collaborate daily with training team counterparts, field sales, marketing, and medical education teams.
• Manage digital content and access portals in collaboration with technical experts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in Cardiology, EP, and/or lab with technical/clinical proficiency.
• Strong facilitation skills and experience in classroom training.
• Proficient in Mapping technologies and experience with BSC's Mapping System/OPAL.
• Experience with Boston Scientific EP Products and extensive knowledge of AF and imaging.
• Experience in teaching clinical procedures related to EP.
