About The Position

Flock Safety is seeking a Principal Sales Operations Business Partner to support our senior Sales Leaders in the Private Sector business. This role will involve working directly with the SVP of Sales and his leadership team to drive team-wide strategy and execution, with a primary focus on achieving operational excellence within the organization. The position is designed for an individual contributor who excels at building executive-level trust, framing data-driven recommendations, and driving day-to-day execution and support for sales representatives in the field.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Strategy, or related fields.
  • Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior executives and influence strategic decisions without formal authority.
  • Expertise in forecasting, pipeline analysis, quota/territory modeling, and sales productivity measurement.
  • Strong analytical skills with mastery of Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Exceptional executive communication skills, able to simplify complex analyses into clear recommendations.
  • Experience in high-growth SaaS or technology environments preferred.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and shifting between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with BI Tools (Tableau, Sigma, etc.) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives and influence strategic decisions without formal authority.
  • Drive team-wide strategy and execution in collaboration with the SVP of Sales and leadership team.
  • Achieve operational excellence within the organization.
  • Refine Private Sales Operations Model and establish effective ways of working with key stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships and formal feedback channels with frontline sellers and managers.
  • Facilitate and support operational cadences with sales leaders to promote productivity and performance.
