Responsibilities

  • Lead a small team of analytical scientists supporting early phase development of New Chemical Entities (NCEs) drug substance and drug product in both preclinical and clinical programs.
  • Drive the advancement of analytical capabilities within the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development strategies.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of analytical methods for drug substance and drug product.

Requirements

  • Extensive expertise in analytical chemistry and related fields.
  • Experience in leading teams and managing projects in a scientific environment.
  • Strong understanding of CMC analytical activities and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven track record of successful contributions to drug development.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with New Chemical Entities (NCEs) and early phase development.
  • Familiarity with both preclinical and clinical program requirements.
  • Strong publication record in relevant scientific fields.
