About The Position
We are seeking a Research, Principal to support the discovery of actionable ideas that will help HR leaders transform their organizations, people, and business outcomes. Principals focus on strategic thought work, analyzing complex problems in search of innovative solutions. They work closely with C-level executives to identify and produce research that addresses pressing human resources challenges on a global scale. In this role, you will be a key player in the HR Practice's ongoing research initiative focused on employee experience, exploring how HR leaders can build effective employee value propositions, hybrid work models and organizational cultures that boost employee engagement and performance to drive organizational success. This role will enable you to apply your intellectual curiosity in a collaborative environment. The team puts significant emphasis on an inclusive dynamic and the personal and professional growth of each associate.
