About The Position

onsemi is seeking a principal reliability engineer to work in a fast-paced environment and be a key team member to accelerate the adoption of cutting-edge Gallium Nitride (GaN) products and technologies. The candidate will collaborate with multiple business units, multidisciplinary team focusing on GaN technology reliability assessment and product qualification. This role demands a proactive approach, electrical engineering / material /device physics background with an understanding of semiconductor reliability, and effective communication skills.
