We are seeking a highly organized and technically fluent Principal Release Train Engineer (RTE) to support architecture leadership, governance compliance, and cross-team coordination across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) within the ASF organization. This role is critical to maintaining architectural continuity, delivery velocity, and stakeholder alignment—especially during transitions or scaling efforts.

  • Participate in Scrum of Scrums and standups across Foundational and Enhancing ARTs.
  • Support CR Program Standups (3x weekly), weekly program calls, and Team BLUEprint MuleSoft Scrum Master activities.
  • Facilitate go/no-go calls and release demos, particularly during release weeks.
  • Coordinate delivery tracking and governance with Team BLUEprint and MuleSoft teams.
  • Organize and attend standing and ad hoc architecture calls.
  • Maintain agendas and track outcomes for architecture discussions.
  • Manage governance artifacts including iTrack subtasks and Team BLUEprint approvals.
  • Collaborate with Cloudrunner Intake and vendor teams to support estimation processes.
  • Maintain working knowledge of enterprise tools such as iTrack (Arcade on Demand), LeanKit (Halo), and the Vendor Estimation Tool (Enterprise One).
  • Provide continuity for intake and estimation processes, leveraging prior LPM experience.
  • Liaise with vendor teams (e.g., IBM, MIM, Scrum Team) to align on architecture deliverables tied to contracts.
  • Serve as a bridge between architecture, scrum teams, and vendor partners to ensure delivery readiness.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting Agile Release Trains (ARTs), including Scrum of Scrums, standups, and go/no-go calls.
  • Familiarity with architecture review processes, governance tracking (e.g., iTrack subtasks), and facilitating architecture calls.
  • Proficiency in iTrack (Arcade on Demand), LeanKit (Halo), and Vendor Estimation Tools (e.g., Enterprise One).
  • Strong ability to coordinate across foundational and enhancing ARTs, vendor teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience working with intake teams and supporting estimation processes, especially in collaboration with Cloudrunner or similar teams.
  • Experience as an RTE or Scrum Master in a scaled Agile environment.
  • Understanding telecom or enterprise architecture frameworks and delivery models.
  • Vendor management experience, particularly coordinating with external partners (e.g., IBM, MIM, Scrum Team) on architecture deliverables.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent responsibilities, track approvals, and maintain agendas.
