About The Position

As a Principal Project/Program Manager, employees will be required to do some travelling conducting client visits in the field. When not in the field, they are expected to collaborate with their team from their assigned office location, if available. As a Principal Project/Program Manager, you will be an expert in your field, applying broad business knowledge and strategic insight surrounding emerging trends and technologies to solve complex problems and drive organizational results. You will lead critical, high-impact projects and design/implement innovative business strategies, working with minimal oversight, frequently consulting senior leadership and influencing executive decisions. This role also involves serving as a mentor and assisting others with challenging issues. Requirements

  • Valid Driver’s License: Must have a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record, current auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle to meet the transportation needs of the market.
  • Open to travel
  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
  • 7+ years of related experience.
  • Certification is required in some areas.

Responsibilities

  • Applying broad business knowledge and strategic insight surrounding emerging trends and technologies to solve complex problems and drive organizational results.
  • Leads critical, high-impact projects and designs/implements innovative business strategies.
  • Works with minimal oversight, frequently consulting senior leadership and influencing executive decisions.
  • Serves as a mentor and assists others with challenging issues.
  • Supporting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet defined quality standards.
  • Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and status reports to guide project execution and ensure alignment with objectives.
  • Maintaining regular communication with stakeholders, clients, and vendors to provide project updates, facilitate meetings, and manage expectations.
  • Ensuring adherence to quality standards by reviewing project deliverables and taking proactive measures to identify, analyze, and resolve any issues or risks.
  • Supporting processes related to resource management, data analysis, reporting, and/or team collaboration.
