The Principal Program/Project Manager serves as a pivotal organizational leader supporting the executive leadership of AT&T's DHS business segment. This role is specifically designed to bridge operational gaps, provide comprehensive organizational oversight, escalation management, and administrative coordination. The Principal Program/Project Manager will own all aspects of program management, administrative, and escalations activities, ensuring senior leaders are empowered to focus on growth, innovation, and long-term strategic partnerships. The responsibilities taken on by this individual will provide leaders with the capacity to pursue new business, drive customer satisfaction, and maintain AT&T's leadership position in the federal and defense markets-while reducing the risk of costly compliance failures and missed deliverables.
