The Principal Specialist, EHS Project Management is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing and driving the EHS strategy and requirements in our new processes, equipment, and future buildings. In addition, this role will serve as our subject matter expert for reviewing and approving automation meeting US/International requirements for Machinery safety and other EHS local requirements. This role will also be our global EHS lead for future mergers, acquisitions and new locations. This role works directly with teams outside of Exact Sciences, including consulting teams and cross-industry groups, as well as internal teams, including Real Estate, Workplace Solutions Team (Facilities Engineering, PMO, Workspace planning, Process and Control Engineering), Facilities Maintenance, Laboratory Automation and Services, Global EHS Program Team, EHS Site specialists and other internal stakeholders. This role requires a combination of planning, project management, partner engagement, and data analysis skills to ensure success. This is a hybrid role with the option to be based in either our Madison, WI, Phoenix, AZ, San Diego, CA or Redwood City, CA office.
