About The Position

The Principal Project Management - Project Engineer SEIT position at Northrop Grumman involves overseeing staffing requisitions and collaborating with various teams to ensure the successful integration of the Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) program. Requirements

• 6 years' experience with a bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics or a related field; 4 years' experience with a master's degree; or 10 years' experience in lieu of a degree.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office/365 tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience collecting and collating metrics from various sources.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Understanding of program staffing needs.
• Experience with Resource Control Board Tools, Data and Processes.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with other C2BMC processes is desired.

Responsibilities

• Report to the SEIT Engineering Project Manager and collaborate with SEIT leadership.
• Understand staffing demand for all product teams.
• Review submitted candidates and work with product teams to interview and select qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with LM Recruiters and L-code personnel to identify and submit qualified candidates.
• Represent SEIT at the Resource Control Board and compile staffing metrics for the SEIT ART.
• Assist with software development metric collection and reporting.
