Blue Origin is assembling the leadership team that will enable humanity's future in space. As a founding member of our Talent Acquisition Program Manager Team, you'll play a critical role in this vision by leading complex, enterprise-wide initiatives that directly impact our most ambitious space programs. You will establish governance frameworks, drive process excellence across multiple business units, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership while articulating clear program vision and implementing data-driven talent strategies. This role demands exceptional leadership skills to coordinate cross-functional teams globally, strategic thinking to align talent programs with Blue Origin's mission, and the ability to influence at the executive level—positioning Blue Origin as the premier destination for aerospace talent and advancing humanity's journey to space. This role owns the end-to-end executive recruiting program, including search strategy, process design, governance, executive candidate experience, employer branding, and stakeholder alignment. You will partner closely with Executive Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, HR, Legal, Compensation, and senior executives to ensure executive hiring is conducted with rigor, discretion, speed, and consistency—while remaining flexible enough to support highly customized searches. As the single-threaded owner of executive recruiting programs, you will establish standardized frameworks where scale is required, define bespoke pathways where nuance is critical, and create the infrastructure that enables exceptional outcomes at the highest levels of leadership. Your work will directly influence Blue Origin’s ability to attract, assess, and secure world-class executive talent in a highly competitive market.
