About The Position

This role affords an opportunity to work on the cutting edge of innovation, while directly contributing to driving an improved experience for Amazon customers and Hub Delivery Partners. As a leader for US Hub Delivery nationwide expansion, you will own strategy and initiatives around improving areas such as cost, quality, delivery partner experience, and expansion as well as how Hub Delivery supports the broader Amazon Delivery network. We are doing this by building a world class last mile operation, significantly complimented by Hub Delivery. Amazon Hub Delivery works directly with local independent businesses – called Hub Partners – to make deliveries to our customers. With Amazon Hub Delivery, small and medium businesses can now earn additional revenue for their company with their existing team, time and vehicles. This role requires a high-level of ownership over the end-to-end process, the ability to think outside of the box, willingness to disrupt the current processes to create a new process, and the ability align stakeholders to sustainable solutions across multiple organizations. This role will have a high-degree of influence over the program’s vision / growth, requires scoping multiple large ambiguous projects in parallel, driving the team to achieve project timelines, and communicating to senior management on status, risks, and process/product changes. Cross-team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
  • 7+ years of program or project management experience
  • 7+ years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
