About The Position

We are seeking a strategic and operationally focused principal program manager to support the complex cross functional program within Intuit's Expert Network. In this role, you will act as a key partner and advisor to our Expert Network leadership, driving the alignment and execution of strategies that ensure high-quality, scalable service for our customers. This leader should have strong experience in cross functional program delivery, data based decision making and world class communication skills, all with a goal of enabling the Expert Network team to meet and exceed its objectives.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in business operations, strategy, or a related field.
  • Proven experience supporting executive leadership and optimizing operational efficiency.
  • Skilled in developing and refining processes and operational rhythms that ensure accountability and drive business performance.
  • Strong ability to interpret data and drive decisions based on insights.
  • Committed to enhancing customer experience through efficient, high-quality expert experiences.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience building cross-functional relationships and influencing without authority.
  • Able to synthesize insights and activity from complex areas into strategic narratives for C-level audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Drive complex programs fostering accountability in partnership with cross-functional groups such as Customer Success, Service Delivery, Operations, Product Management, and other functional partners.
  • Run programs using best practices for initiating, planning, and executing intermediate-to-large scale cross-functional critical programs that empower teams to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Anticipate risks and proactively manage these risks before they become blockers.
  • Communicate updates across levels of the organization and escalate appropriately, including regular communication with executives.
  • Drive program teams toward strategic goals; create timelines and milestones, manage dependencies, and remove obstacles that stand between teams and business success.
  • Constructively drive for program management process improvements over time through efficiencies and/or automation.
  • Lead with a clear vision, staying focused on the customer problem; define success and galvanize the team around it; align on and ruthlessly prioritize what's most important.
  • Drive winning results, allocating time and resources to what's most important; make fast, data-driven decisions and take extreme ownership for outcomes.
