This is a challenging and fast paced Principal level role in PG&E’s EPD&A’s Business Operations organization. It is integral for alignment across the various Cybersecurity teams within EPD&A as well as across IT and Enterprise to provide essential business capabilities. You will participate in leadership discussions spanning a broad range of topics including financial, operational, personnel, strategic planning, technical, and cross functional collaboration. You will be responsible to leverage PG&E’s Lean Performance Playbook to organize and operate command centers, Operating Reviews (OR), leveraging visual management and metrics to drive EPD&A’s True North Strategy and Business Plans. The successful candidate should clear and concise communication skills, leadership skills, analytical skills and a demonstrated track record and background in LEAN. The position is a high performing individual contributor and will report to the Director of EPD&A Business Operations at PG&E. PG&E is providing the full salary/pay range for this position. The actual amount paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, internal equity, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, and geographic location. The range to reasonably expect will be around the minimum and the midpoint $144,000 - $194,000. The final decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to the factors above. This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E’s discretionary incentive compensation programs.
