Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 12 years of experience or post-graduate degree and 10 years of experience or in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 16 years of prior related experience
• Ability to obtain Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Security Clearance
• 10+ years of prior experience in Aerospace & Defense program management, Engineering management and EVMS
• Demonstrated ability to present to executives/management on important topics
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, identify problems and propose solutions
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, across geographically-dispersed teams
• Ability to Travel at least 15%

Responsibilities

• Drive and support predictable performance across all sector programs for the Engineering function
• Partner with program and other IPT members with Engineering function to ensure executable baseline plan (cost and schedule)
• Drive and support program baseline planning for the Engineering function
• Manage Division CAM training for the Engineering function
• Partner with program and IPT members with the Engineering function to ensure Engineering IPT lead / CAM excellence
• Serve as an IPT support member and advocate for Engineering functional initiatives within sector programs
• Assist and support the function for Gate and Independent Reviews for the sector
• Drive program R&O management for the Engineering function
• Support Engineering with EAC/ETC development, review, and approval
• Support the program, IPT and Engineering function for preparation of various sector and division reviews
• Reensure Engineering policy and process requirements are applied within programs
• Support continuous improvement projects
• Coordinates and adjudicates PMX support priorities
