Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Principal Program Cost Schedule Control Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located at Roy, UT to support the Strategic Deterrent Systems (SDS) Division. This position may be filled at a higher level based on qualifications listed below.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of related professional experience - OR - a Master's degree with 3 years of related professional experience.
  • 9+ years of related experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
  • Experience with SAP, SAP Business Warehouse, Deltek Cobra, MS Project, and/or OneIWO.
  • 3+ years of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience.
  • Strong PC skills and proficient knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel and/or Power BI.
  • Experience managing competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Program Cost Analysis or Program Scheduling.
  • Aerospace/Defense Industry experience.

Responsibilities

  • Interface with program managers, functional management, and cost account managers (CAMs) to provide financial and administrative support and analysis to meet program requirements.
  • Establish Work Breakdown Structure for execution of budgeted cost of work scheduled.
  • Assess and maintain objective performance criteria.
  • Maintain and justify estimates to complete.
  • Support internal and external reporting requirements for variance analysis.
  • Conduct budget baseline, funding analysis, cost risk analysis/assessment, and visibility reports.
  • Prepare government cost performance reports and performance measurement variance analysis.
  • Develop and analyze estimates to complete.
