Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Experience applying Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) for cost, schedule, and performance tracking.
  • Experience developing financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Experience with cost and schedule control and variance analysis.
  • Experience supporting Program Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) reviews and policy compliance activities.
  • Experience performing monthly data reconciliation.
  • Experience analyzing program data and producing trend analysis outputs; Microsoft Excel use for data analysis.
  • Experience supporting proposal development activities.
  • Experience with cash management, capital or company-funded requests, return on investment (ROI) analysis, and audit or policy compliance activities.
  • Experience working with Program Managers, CAMs, IPTLs, OPMs, and Material Program Managers to support program execution.
  • Experience supporting program-level Short Range Outlook (SRO) tracking, financial forecasting, reporting, and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and long-range planning activities.
  • Experience working with Program Management, Finance Management, and functional organizations in program execution environments.
  • Knowledge of finance principles, practices, and Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), including Estimate-at-Completion (EAC).
  • Exposure to manufacturing metrics, program controls, and cost and managerial accounting concepts.
  • Experience developing financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis.
  • Experience using SAP, APEX, PRISM, and program management tools.
  • Experience working in matrixed organizational environments across multiple functions and disciplines.
  • Experience performing independent work in support of program execution activities.

Responsibilities

  • Perform SCM forecast analysis, process support, cost and schedule control, and cost/schedule performance analysis.
  • Support Earned Value Management System (EVMS) reporting, Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) development, and variance analysis.
  • Review and analyze financial data and produce program-level reporting outputs.
  • Support forecasting activities including monthly, quarterly, and annual updates.
  • Partner with Program Managers, Control Account Managers (CAMs), and Integrated Product Team Leads (IPTLs) for financial data coordination.
  • Support program financial execution and monitor program cost, schedule, and compliance metrics.
  • Identify and analyze cost and schedule risk impacts and document findings.
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as requested by program or management teams.
  • Support Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and 5-year planning processes.
  • Maintain and update financial tracking and reporting systems.
  • Support cross-functional coordination across finance, program management, and technical teams.
