About The Position

We are seeking a Principal Production Service Systems Administrator to join our team and support the deployment, automation, and monitoring of SaaS applications. The ideal candidate will have experience with installation and deployment processes, strong database knowledge, and the ability to develop automated solutions for recurring operational procedures. Candidate should be proficient in using tools such as Kubernetes, GitHub, MySQL, Cloud Lab, and Python.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• US citizen
• Experience deploying and operating SaaS solutions on cloud infrastructure
• Solid understanding of automation principles and hands-on experience with Python scripting
• Experience with Kubernetes for orchestration and container management
• Practical knowledge of Oracle database 19c + administration. Certification is preferred
• Familiarity with GitHub for source control and collaboration
• Experience with cloud labs or similar environments for rapid prototyping and testing
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with other cloud platforms (e.g., OCI, AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Exposure to infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
• Previous experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment
• Spanish Language
