Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired.
• 7+ years of related experience.
• Certification is required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring technology solutions align/supports business goals and priorities.
• Translate business needs into functional, non-functional, and operational requirements that IT teams can deliver.
• Work with cross functional teams to drive delivery readiness.
• Measure, validate, and communicate the business impact during ideation of roadmaps, sequencing, delivery and enablement of capabilities/features.
• Identify experience gaps and innovation opportunities to improve business outcomes.
• Define strategy, technology roadmaps, and business cases for delivery of new technology, innovation and enhancements, including products, offers, and promotions.
• Serve as the voice of the customer, providing subject matter expertise on marketing technology platforms, CX solutions, billing systems, and other technical applications.
• Lead technical projects using Agile methodology, including prioritization, planning, execution, use of standard Agile tools, Epic creation, and User Story development.
• Define requirements, document, create user stories, execute test cases, debug applications, and interact with users for system requirements and modifications.
• Provide training and support to channel operations teams.
