We are seeking a Principal Product Marketing Manager – Platform to lead the messaging, positioning, and go-to-market success of the Uniphore Business AI Cloud. This role is critical in shaping how we convey the strategic and technical value of our platform across four key layers: data, knowledge, models, and agents. Uniphore is building the next-generation AI and data platform to power Agentic AI and Knowledge AI applications across the enterprise—applications that reason, retrieve, act, and adapt in real-time. Our platform supports advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, intelligent agent frameworks, scalable workflow orchestration, and enterprise-grade AI governance. This is a high-impact, high-visibility individual contributor role ideal for a platform product marketing leader who blends strong technical fluency with powerful storytelling. You will serve as a key strategic partner to product, engineering, sales, and executive teams as we expand our platform footprint and define a new category of agentic enterprise AI. The ideal candidate understands both the technical underpinnings of enterprise AI and the ecosystem dynamics of operating alongside (and competing against) Hyperscalers like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, as well as strategic players like Databricks, Snowflake, Salesforce, and ServiceNow. They can think and communicate at multiple altitudes—from the C-suite to technical architects—and help drive clarity and differentiation in a fast-moving and competitive market.

Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience in product marketing, solution marketing, or related GTM roles in enterprise software
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML, data platforms, or enterprise infrastructure
  • Proven ability to craft high-impact messaging and content that resonates across both technical and executive stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills with a track record of working cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and leadership
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution chops and a bias for action
  • Prior experience marketing platforms with layered architectures is a strong plus

Nice To Haves

  • Background in marketing AI, data, or infrastructure platforms
  • Experience bringing technical capabilities to market in a category-defining space
  • Familiarity with both IT and line-of-business personas and enterprise sales cycles

Responsibilities

  • Craft Platform Messaging & Positioning: Define and evolve how we articulate the value of the Uniphore Business AI Cloud to both technical and business audiences.
  • Tell a Cohesive Story: Build messaging frameworks, customer-facing content, and executive narratives that connect the dots between platform capabilities and enterprise outcomes.
  • Support Technical Conversations: Collaborate with product teams, engineers, and field teams to accurately capture platform features and communicate them in a way that resonates with buyers and users alike.
  • Partner with Executives: Work closely with senior leaders on strategic communications, customer presentations, analyst briefings, and thought leadership.
  • Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis: Monitor the AI and enterprise platform landscape to keep our positioning sharp and relevant.
  • Drive Field Enablement: Deliver sales training, pitch decks, battlecards, and other enablement content that makes our story easy to understand and compelling to sell.
  • Create GTM Content: Own the development of solution briefs, videos, web content, and presentations that bring our platform vision to life.
