About The Position

As a Principal Product Marketing Manager, you will be a strategic leader at the forefront of Atlassian’s AI product - Rovo. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute go-to-market strategies aimed at attracting and engaging customers for Rovo. Your deep understanding of the challenges companies can solve with AI will enable you to craft compelling messaging, produce engaging content, and deliver comprehensive marketing campaigns that speak directly to audiences who can find value with AI from Atlassian. In addition to supporting Rovo directly, you will also represent AI within Atlassian’s broader portfolio and brand strategy.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years in product marketing, with a strong focus on AI or technical products and audiences.
  • Strong understanding of AI tools and strong learning agility.
  • Strong storyteller with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven track record of creating content that drives engagement and adoption.
  • Experience with competitive analysis and market research in knowledge management, AI, and/or project management space.
  • Cross-functional aptitude with the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Product.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine messaging that clearly communicates Rovo's value to Atlassian customers and prospective customers.
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies aimed at acquiring and engaging customers.
  • Partner with demand generation and performance marketing teams to design, execute, and optimize multi-channel paid campaigns.
  • Drive effective content development that supports both discovery and adoption of Rovo.
  • Continuously monitor the market, competitors, and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, design, and engineering.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and community influencers.
