As a Principal Product Marketing Manager, you will be a senior leader responsible for defining and executing the go-to-market strategy for Deel's AI & Platform products. This role requires a deep understanding of the market, customers, and competition to develop compelling messaging, positioning, and strategies that drive demand, adoption, and growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product marketing, with experience leading cross-functional teams to launch and scale successful products in a dynamic market.

  • Serve as a key liaison between marketing, product management, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches, feature enhancements, and market expansions.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
  • Craft clear and compelling messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences.
  • Lead the planning and execution of product launches, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop sales tools, training materials, and content to empower the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Marketing team to utilize customer insights to refine product marketing strategies.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the success of product marketing initiatives.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role.
  • Proven experience in B2B, SaaS, or technology industries is highly desirable.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Deep understanding of market research techniques and data analysis.
  • Experience with product management and product lifecycle management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Leadership and mentoring abilities, with a track record of building and guiding high-performing teams.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics).
