We’re looking for a Principal Product Manager focused on growth, adoption, and monetization for our smart home security product. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales, with a mandate to drive customer acquisition, activation, upsell, and retention.

Requirements

  • 4–8+ years in product management, growth, or a related role (e.g., growth marketing, product marketing, commercial strategy).
  • Proven track record driving customer acquisition, conversion, or retention in a subscription or consumer service.
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable with funnels, cohorts, and experimentation.
  • Experience collaborating with marketing, sales, and channel teams.
  • Ability to translate business goals into concrete product and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills—able to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the growth strategy and roadmap for the product, aligned to business targets (subs, ARPU, attach rates, retention).
  • Lead initiatives that improve: Awareness and consideration among target segments. Conversion through digital and assisted sales channels. Setup/activation completion rates for new customers. Cross-sell and upsell of add-on services/devices.
  • Collaborate with marketing and channel teams to: Develop customer segmentation and value propositions. Design and launch campaigns across digital, retail, and care channels. Optimize landing pages, funnels, and offers.
  • Work with analytics to: Define and track funnel KPIs and growth metrics. Run experiments (A/B tests) to improve conversion, engagement, and LTV. Build and maintain dashboards that inform decision-making.
  • Influence pricing & packaging decisions to balance growth, profitability, and customer value.
  • Serve as the voice of the business in product discussions, ensuring that new features drive measurable growth outcomes.
