About The Position

As a Principal Product Manager for Fusion Integrations, you will spearhead the strategy to connect our next-generation Enterprise Data Cloud with the world’s most critical IT ecosystems. You’ll serve as the bridge between Everpure’s core technology and the hypervisors, clouds, and orchestration platforms our customers rely on daily. By collaborating with elite engineering and business development teams, you will transform complex infrastructure into a seamless, policy-driven data experience that redefines how global organizations manage data at scale.

Requirements

Expertise in Data Infrastructure: Advanced proficiency in enterprise storage deployments (Block, File, Object) and a deep understanding of how private and public cloud storage use cases intersect with modern business needs.
Mastery of Automation and Orchestration: Proven ability to navigate automation frameworks and infrastructure-as-code deployments within enterprise or public cloud environments to create frictionless user experiences.
Strategic Leadership and Influence: A history of developing product visions and execution plans that drive measurable results, supported by the executive presence to communicate complex strategies to both technical teams and C-suite stakeholders.
Critical Problem Solving: The ability to think both tactically and strategically in a rapid-pace environment, managing shifting priorities without losing sight of product-market fit or technical excellence.
Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

Responsibilities

Define and Drive the Integration Vision: Lead the long-term strategy and roadmap for cloud-enabled storage architectures, ensuring our platform offers sustainable differentiation through deep integration with hybrid-cloud and virtualized environments.
Architect Ecosystem Connectivity: Partner with key technology vendors and partners to influence their roadmaps, ensuring Everpure’s storage systems are the primary choice for automated, infrastructure-as-code deployments.
Enable Global Market Success: Equipping Sales and Channel partners with the competitive intelligence and technical frameworks needed to win key enterprise accounts and accelerate product adoption.
Translate Customer Insight into Innovation: Conduct deep-market research and continuous feedback loops to prioritize features that solve high-stakes challenges in block, file, and object storage across public and private clouds.
Execute High-Impact Product Lifecycles: Own the end-to-end journey from concept inception to delivery, working closely with the executive team to establish project goals that align with Everpure’s broader business objectives.
