About The Position

About the Role Morpheus Enterprise is a powerful hybrid cloud management platform used by enterprises to provision, operate, and optimize workloads across on-prem, hybrid, and edge environments. As Principal Product Manager – User Experience Lead, you will own the end-to-end user experience for the Morpheus platform—ensuring that powerful capabilities are delivered through intuitive, efficient, and delightful user experiences. This role is ideal for a senior product leader who believes that great UX is a competitive advantage, especially in complex enterprise platforms. You will define how users experience Morpheus across their entire lifecycle—from first provisioning to day-2 operations, automation, observability, and FinOps.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior or Principal Product Manager leading UX-centric initiatives for complex enterprise or cloud platforms.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, user research methodologies, and customer-journey design.
  • Experience shaping UX for cloud management, DevOps, infrastructure, or SaaS platforms.
  • Ability to translate qualitative user insights into clear, actionable product requirements and roadmap decisions.
  • Familiarity with modern web UI technologies and frameworks such as React and Angular (conceptual understanding; not required to code).
  • Strong collaboration skills across product, UX, engineering, and field organizations.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills—able to articulate experience strategy to executives, customers, and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own the End-to-End Platform User Experience Define and lead the UX vision for Morpheus Cloud Management and Operations, spanning workload provisioning, workflow automation, configuration, lifecycle management, monitoring, observability, and FinOps.
  • Design Customer Journeys That Scale Own customer journeys and user flows across personas (IT admins, platform teams, developers, operators, finance), ensuring consistency, usability, and efficiency across the platform.
  • Drive UX-Led Product Strategy Conduct UX research with target users and enterprise customers through interviews, usability studies, surveys, and field engagement. Synthesize insights into clear product requirements, jobs-to-be-done, and roadmap priorities.
  • Partner Deeply with UX and Engineering Collaborate closely with UX designers, researchers, and engineering teams to translate user needs into scalable platform designs and shipped capabilities—balancing usability with enterprise complexity.
  • Benchmark and Innovate Analyze market-leading cloud, SaaS, and platform experiences to identify best practices and opportunities to differentiate Morpheus through superior UX.
  • Enable the Field with Compelling Experiences Work with sales, pre-sales, and field teams to define and build compelling demos and narratives that showcase Morpheus’ key user experiences and value propositions.
  • Champion UX Across the Organization Be an advocate for the user internally—aligning stakeholders around UX principles, consistency, and long-term experience quality.
