ABOUT SLATE At Slate, we’re building safe, reliable vehicles that people can afford, personalize and love—and doing it here in the USA as part of our commitment to reindustrialization. The spirit of DIY and customization runs throughout every element of a Slate, because people should have control over how their trucks look, feel, and represent them. Who we are looking for: Slate is looking for a Principal Product Manager, Technical with a visionary approach to lead our product development in the electric vehicle space. You will focus on defining and building our digital customer experience. Working closely in partnership with the engineering, design, finance, commercial, and marketing teams, you will define and execute a multi-year product roadmap. Engage with customers, partners, and industry experts to gather insights and translate them into product features that enhance the customer experience. Advocate for agile and lean product development methodologies to accelerate time to market while maintaining a frugal approach to resource allocation. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the team to iterate rapidly and learn from feedback.
