About The Position

The Principal PMT role at Amazon's North America Supply Chain (NASC) Product & Tech organization focuses on leading the development and management of innovative product suites that enhance the customer fulfillment experience. Requirements

• 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
• Experience in technical product management, program management, or engineering.
• Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
• Experience with communicating business strategy to senior executives in writing and orally.
• Experience defining product opportunities and mapping the customer experience.

• Experience with end-to-end product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the multi-year vision for the product portfolio and the team.

• Work with leaders across tech, product/program management, finance, and operations to manage initiatives and processes.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from start to finish.
• Influence priorities and business strategy through quantitative and qualitative contributions.
• Interact directly with product end users for development and continuous improvement.
• Define clear goals and objectives for business planning and execution, identifying risks and strategizing mitigation plans.
