As a Principal Product Manager within the Applied AI Solutions team, you will lead the strategic vision and execution of an AI-powered specialist experience that scales AWS expertise across our global organization. In this role, you will work with Applied AI specialist teams to transform deep domain knowledge into AI-ready assets that deliver immediate value to customers, partners, and field teams. Your work will be showcased at major events like re:Invent and will serve as a blueprint for how AWS scales expertise through AI. You will own the end-to-end product experience, from knowledge management infrastructure to delivery mechanisms, ensuring we maintain high standards for accuracy and customer trust. Working cross-functionally with leaders across the Worldwide Specialist Organization and Applied AI services teams, you will define the strategic roadmap for how we scale specialist expertise through AI while maintaining Amazon's high bar for customer experience.
