As Principal Product Manager - Tech, you will own the product vision and roadmap for the post-purchase customer experience across Amazon's digital subscription ecosystem. You will define and drive the end-to-end strategy for subscription management on Amazon.com and the mobile app, partnering with UX, engineering, and 35+ digital client teams to deliver a unified, transparent, and customer-first experience at scale. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role operating at the intersection of customer experience, platform strategy, and business growth. You will influence SVP goals, shape multi-year roadmaps, and lead cross-functional alignment across some of Amazon's most strategic digital businesses.
