We are looking for a passionate, talented, and experienced Product Management leader to help shape the future of Amazon Connect as we evolve from the leading contact center platform to becoming the foundation for AI-powered customer experiences across contact centers, high-volume hiring, and back-office operations. You will play a crucial role in building the brand vision for Connect and have the opportunity to design and deliver high-scale, resilient systems while maintaining a constant customer focus. As Principal Product Manager, you will drive strategic initiatives, working cross-functionally with product leaders across Connect to bring our brand vision to life. You will be instrumental in developing compelling narratives, creating customer-facing content, and crafting storytelling that articulates Connect's value proposition and future direction. Collaborating closely with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams, you will translate complex technical capabilities into clear, inspiring messages that resonate with customers and stakeholders. You will make data-driven, customer-obsessed decisions and work with leadership across AWS to prioritize your programs while ensuring our brand story remains consistent and impactful across all touchpoints.
