The Principal Technical Product Manager will own the strategic evolution of how JWO creates, measures, and maximizes customer value across our expanding portfolio of retail partnerships. You will be responsible for establishing the measurement infrastructure and frameworks that definitively prove JWO's business impact while driving revenue optimization through strategic pricing experiments and market expansion across diverse retail verticals. This role requires partnering directly with enterprise customers to quantify value realization, optimize pricing strategies, and lead JWO's expansion into new verticals and customer segments. You will work with customers to measure and communicate the tangible business value JWO delivers, establishing comprehensive frameworks that transform abstract technology benefits into concrete ROI metrics that drive executive decision-making. You will partner with pricing teams to conduct sophisticated experiments that optimize our revenue model across different store formats and verticals, balancing customer value creation with Amazon's commercial objectives. Additionally, you will strategize which verticals represent the highest-opportunity expansion targets and work across JWO's product portfolio (Merchant Experience, Retail Integration, Shopper Experience) to systematically close product gaps that unlock these new opportunities.
