About The Position

Job Summary As a Product Manager for our SaaS network security management platform, you will be responsible for understanding customer problems, defining a product vision, and guiding feature development to simplify daily operations for Network Security Administrators. You will work with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, and marketing to drive the product roadmap and ensure the successful delivery of market-leading solutions.

Requirements

  • BS/MS in a technical field or equivalent practical/military experience.
  • 8+ years of product management experience.
  • Direct experience in one or more of the following areas: Networking, Network Management, Network Security, or Next-Generation Firewalls.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear product requirements.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience building and launching SaaS products that improve IT operational efficiency.
  • Experience with the full device lifecycle, from onboarding to decommissioning.
  • Demonstrated ability to make data-driven product decisions.
  • Experience thriving in fast-paced environments with overlapping project deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for features including activation, onboarding, identity management, and platform scaling.
  • Translate customer needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development efforts and ensure solutions address user pain points.
  • Proactively collaborate with UX, engineering, and other product teams to deliver high-quality, differentiated, and automated solutions.
  • Partner with product marketing to develop compelling messaging, impactful sales tools, and marketing content to support go-to-market efforts.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, engaging with users, partners, and sales teams to gather feedback, evangelize the product, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Define and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product success, identify areas for optimization, and inform data-driven decisions.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and inform product strategy and priorities.
  • Enable field teams by collaborating with technical marketing and support to assist with training, beta programs, and critical issue escalations.
