Requirements

• 6+ years experience in product management with a focus on ML-based systems and consumer-facing products.
• Proven success in balancing quantitative metrics and qualitative insights to drive business outcomes.
• Strong product sense with experience in creating and executing a multi-quarter roadmap.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication.
• Ownership mentality with a growth mindset, striving for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategy for ML-based interventions within Servicing.
• Create systems and processes to enable consistent delivery of impactful ML models.
• Collaborate with PMs and engineers to enhance borrower touchpoints and interventions.
• Understand borrower needs to design personalized systems.
• Establish and track success metrics to assess the impact of product initiatives.
• Leverage data-driven insights for informed product decisions and optimizations.
• Prioritize features with the highest ROI to inform the product roadmap.
