About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degrees (MBA, Master’s) are a plus.
  • 10+ years of product management experience, including at least 5 years in cybersecurity, data protection, or cloud resilience.
  • Hands-on experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including cloud storage, IAM, and resource management.
  • Proven ability to deliver AI/ML-powered features, such as data classification, anomaly detection, or automated remediation workflows.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills, with experience defining product roadmaps and executing high-scale SaaS solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to internal leadership, external partners, and customers.
  • Experience in enterprise B2B SaaS environments, with familiarity in multi-cloud architectures and large-scale distributed systems.
  • Willingness to collaborate in a dynamic, remote-first environment and engage in occasional team meet-ups.

Responsibilities

  • Lead product discovery by understanding customer challenges around data security, risk, and recovery in large-scale cloud environments.
  • Define product vision and roadmap for cyber resilience, including AI-driven classification, automated recovery, and data security posture management features.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and AI teams to clarify technical scope, prioritize backlogs, and ensure high-quality product execution.
  • Serve as the primary technical and strategic point of contact for stakeholders, presenting roadmaps and facilitating feedback loops with internal and external audiences.
  • Partner with sales and marketing to support pilots, adoption, and customer enablement, translating complex security capabilities into business value.
  • Track product success using adoption metrics, recovery objectives, and the effectiveness of AI-driven security and classification features.
