About The Position
Prose, a leader in personalized beauty, is seeking a visionary and results-driven Principal Product Manager to join our Digital Product team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving customer retention and loyalty, with the opportunity to make a significant strategic impact on the business. This role offers the chance to lead cross-functional initiatives with our Data, Lifecycle, and Growth teams, and to establish yourself as the internal expert on subscription management, influencing the future of personalized beauty and customer engagement. This is a hybrid role based in our Williamsburg, Brooklyn headquarters. Candidates based in the New York City area can expect a base salary that ranges from $170,000 - $190,000. Ultimate compensation will be commensurate with applicable experience and this range only applies to the base salary, complete compensation and benefits package will include other components.
