About The Position

As the Principal Product Manager for QuickBooks Online at Intuit, you will lead the development of a new enterprise suite aimed at enhancing service delivery for mid-market businesses. Responsibilities

  • Create and develop the next generation of end-to-end service delivery platform for mid-market businesses.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, marketers, customer care, and other professionals to ensure product service delivery meets high standards.
  • Drive the creation of a joint vision and plan for providing services across the Intuit Enterprise Platform.
  • Oversee the entire life cycle of a product, from research and development to delivery and after-sales support.
  • Collaborate with marketing and pricing teams to determine monetization and packaging strategies for enterprise services.
  • Identify, design, experiment, and iterate on initiatives using usability testing and market research.
  • Maintain an accurate blueprint of the product/service experience across customer interactions, leveraging data to highlight strengths and opportunities.
