As a valued member of Stryker's AI innovation unit, you will work alongside trailblazers, industry visionaries, innovators, and inventors who are committed to bringing computer vision, AI/ML and digital innovation to the operating room and other healthcare settings. You'll contribute to fast-paced cycles of innovation and develop core technologies that power a wide array of Stryker's solutions, including: surgical robotics and navigation, image-guided surgery, treatment selection, outcome assessment, and clinical decision intelligence. You will apply your core skills across a range of deployment platforms spanning from mobile applications, cloud services, and SDKs to embedded systems, edge devices, and mixed reality (XR) platforms. You will have an opportunity to work across a wide variety of therapeutic areas ranging from orthopedics and neurosurgery to emergency care and operating room safety and efficiency - plus many more.

  • Responsible for the development of complex AI enabled solutions.
  • Contribute to fast-paced cycles of innovation and influence the development of technologies that power a wide array of Stryker's solutions.
  • Work on the ideation, creation and continuous enhancement of the product by identifying new features, use cases and incorporate operational feedback by working directly with users, stakeholders, and related SMEs.
  • Act as Product Manager / Product Owner directly interacting with a cross-functional development team in an agile development environment.
  • Plan, manage, and communicate the product vision, releases and features to stakeholders, leaders, and the development team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Software Engineering/Computer Science, Biomed, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline with 8+ years of work experience.
  • Experience in digital, AI, XR or complex Software projects.
  • Passionate about the product and proactively promote the product vision with energy and a perfect mixture of structure and creativity.
  • Open-minded person with high level communication skills.
  • Experience with Requirements Management Software, for example Jama.
  • Experience with Backlog Management Software, for example Jira.
  • Experience with Collaboration Software, for example Confluence, Figma, Mural.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or equivalent.
  • $129,600 - $281,500 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits.
