Responsibilities

  • Work closely with internal and external customers as well as sales and solution architects to collect customer needs and feedback.
  • Work with the R&D team to clarify and prioritize product needs and design product features accordingly.
  • Define product go to market strategy, including positioning, pricing, promotion as well as lifecycle management.
  • Define product goals and core business metrics, and continuously track these metrics to improve our products.
  • Manage and maintain product roadmaps and be able to articulate the value of each feature to customers.
  • Perform competitive analysis, track industry technology trends to feed into the product planning.
