Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven Principal Product Manager, Growth to lead initiatives that drive user engagement and retention. You will work cross-functionally across global time zones to identify opportunities, execute high-velocity experiments, and scale successful solutions. This position is ideal for someone passionate about healthcare, technology, and driving measurable results in a mission-driven organization.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management, growth marketing, or a related field, preferably in a SaaS, healthcare, or education technology environment.
  • Resilient: You have a track record of overcoming challenges, adapting, and persisting until they succeed. You maintain focus when faced with obstacles.
  • Driven and Impact Oriented: You are motivated to help the company grow and reach business goals.
  • Product Expertise: Demonstrated experience in the full product lifecycle, including conducting user research, writing detailed product requirements, and collaborating with engineering teams.
  • SQL Proficiency: Strong ability to write SQL queries to efficiently extract and analyze key metrics without relying solely on data analysts.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills. You can effectively lead internal stakeholders regardless of their role.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry and understanding of the unique challenges faced by medical professionals.
  • Experience managing engineers asynchronously and maintaining velocity across different time zones.
  • Experience creating and optimizing recommendation algorithms to drive engagement.
  • Knowledge of growth hacking techniques and tools.

Responsibilities

  • Growth Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute growth strategies to engage and retain users across all of our medical communities.
  • AI & Recommendation Innovation: Move on-site recommendations from rules-based algorithms to ML models. Utilize LLMs to analyze video transcripts and gather data on Doctors and Key Opinion Leaders.
  • High-Velocity Experimentation: Design and run experiements to validate hypotheses and iterate quickly.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze our growth funnel to identify patterns and growth opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, content, and global engineering teams to implement growth initiatives.
  • User-Centric Product Development: Conduct User interviews with clinicians and internal clinical leads, gathering feedback, and incorporating insights into product strategy.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on the success of growth initiatives
