Requirements

  • You'll have a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent.
  • 7+ years in product management and 2+ years delivering Generative AI solutions at an enterprise scale.
  • Proven track record driving digital transformation in large organizations.
  • Strong experience in Agile development and product delivery cycles.

Nice To Haves

  • Deep experience analyzing industry trends, usage analytics, and competitive pressures to shape product strategy and roadmap
  • Hands-on experience with contact center platforms (Salesforce, Genesys).
  • Expertise in AI/NLP technologies: Chatbots, Co-Pilots, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and NLP evaluation methods.
  • Recognized thought leader with confidence in educating, persuading, and influencing in group settings.
  • Proven ability to partner across complex organizations and align on product priorities and trade-offs.
  • Exceptional communication skills—able to simplify technical concepts and drive fast decisions.
  • Skilled in leading development teams to deliver outstanding outcomes and customer experiences.
  • Strong market awareness of vendors, technologies, and user behaviors to inform roadmap decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Research & Design. Shape the product roadmap and prioritize features. Stay curious—track industry trends, explore emerging tech, and weave insights into strategies that meet client needs and ADP’s goals.
  • Coordinate. Kick off the day aligning with teams, clarify responsibilities, tackle issues, and set priorities. Keep the momentum going as you organize and refine the roadmap.
  • Collaborate. Build strong partnerships across stakeholders. Work hand-in-hand with developers, UX designers, and fellow product managers to spark innovation and deliver exceptional experiences.
  • Measure. Track performance, analyze outcomes, and use data to drive decisions that move the product forward.
  • Navigate. Expect the unexpected. From designing client journeys to launching new features and services, you’ll turn ambiguity into action—and watch ideas come to life.
  • Communicate. Engage internal and external stakeholders with clarity and confidence. Defend your vision, answer tough questions, and keep everyone aligned.
  • Define product vision and roadmap; drive lifecycle from concept to launch.
  • Champion innovation, growth, and readiness while influencing executive decisions.
  • Present clear strategies, weigh trade-offs, and secure leadership alignment.
  • Anticipate tech trends and market shifts; align products with future needs.
  • Prioritize features across products based on customer insights and competitive landscape.
  • Guide teams to deliver high-impact solutions that strengthen client relationships.
  • Shape holistic product ecosystem and CX vision across offerings.
  • Align UX storylines and anticipate competitor moves.
  • Negotiate with senior leaders, clients, and vendors to influence outcomes.
  • Define KPIs, track adoption, and measure success across product lines.
  • Drive OKRs and ensure alignment with client and business goals.
  • Advocate for AI/NLP technologies to enhance service offerings.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and influence senior managers.
  • Build strong partnerships with engineering, design, and business leaders.
  • Impact business direction through innovative products and services.
