As part of this once in a life-time opportunity to build and make a real impact in insurance marketplace, we are looking for accomplished, customer obsessed and results-oriented Principal Product Managers to build and drive our Customer Data Platform (CDP) roadmap reporting to the Senior Director of CDP & Identity. The CDP will enable a single view of our customers combining multiple data sources to enable operational and analytical use cases for sales, claims, servicing, marketing, fraud prevention etc. Our vision is to evolve the CDP into the ultimate data experience for product-led growth and business professionals who aren't comfortable with code. Do I use the first_name or the firstName attribute? When and why does the quote_start event fire? Are these 2 customers with similar attributes the same person? These questions stop most users in their tracks. We need you to unblock them! This role is perfect if you enjoy getting into the weeds with customers, designers, and engineers as much as you enjoy building alignment with senior leadership. Both are critical for success.
