About the team: The Identity Customer Experience (IDCX) team, part of the Customer Data & Identity group, focuses on building & enhancing customer identity-driven experiences across various customers interations with Walmart. IDCX innovates in customer identification and leverages proprietary data to deepen Walmart’s understanding of and relationship with our customers. The team collaborates extensively with partner groups to deliver seamless and elevated customer experiences leveraging our data platform.
