We're looking for a Principal Product Manager - CRM and Marketing Tech Systems to lead the vision and execution of a unified Customer Relationship Management (CRM) + Marketing Technology (MarTech) platform-streamlining how we engage customers and optimize the seller-marketer connection. This is your opportunity to transform how our teams operate with a single system that simplifies complexity, enhances productivity, and uses AI to power smart decision-making. This role focuses on simplifying and enhancing complex sales and marketing workflows by building a single, intelligent platform that empowers both teams to work more efficiently and collaboratively. You'll design experiences that connect sales activities-such as pipeline tracking and opportunity management-with marketing functions like automated email campaigns, lead nurturing, paid media targeting, and contact segmentation. By embedding AI into these workflows, you'll help improve decision-making, personalization, and overall business impact.
