Our next phase of growth is clear: accelerating Clinical AI innovation in Documentation, Medication Management, Coding and Hospital-Acquired Infection Surveillance. We need a Product Manager to take full ownership of each of these AI-driven solutions—turning it into a key competitive differentiator. This PM role is critical to ensuring that: The customer voice shapes new feature priorities Engineering teams have clear, actionable requirements Test plans are validated for a seamless launch Oracle Clinical AI Assistant (CAA) enables providers with the power of generative AI together with voice commands to reduce manual documentation and clinical tasks, so they can focus more attention on patient care. We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a vision and experience in healthcare for improving providers’ productivity and developing AI products that reduce their burnout. This PM, with experience in Electronic Health Records (EHR), will drive the features and capabilities of clinical AI products. Description: Lead the vision, design, and execution of provider-facing products by identifying manual healthcare workflows within Electronic Health Records (EHR) that can be optimized through AI. Drive opportunities for AI to streamline processes, improve outcomes, and reduce cognitive load for clinicians. Collaborate with engineering, AI, and clinical teams to validate use cases, document PRDs, and track project success. This role requires close daily collaboration with senior engineering and AI leaders, as well as clinicians, to ensure alignment and impact.

Requirements

Minimum of 8 years of demonstrated experience in inbound product management, collaborating closely with engineering leadership and cross-functional teams.
Proven track record of successfully driving product development in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall environments.
Over 3 years of hands-on experience working with AI agents.
Proven experience in working directly with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and translate this into actionable product insights.
At least 3 years in a product management leadership role, leading product vision, strategy, and execution while aligning with organizational business objectives and driving successful outcomes.
