Our Solution Developers and owners no longer need to run building wiring or install in-unit hardware. Property managers can grant building access, revoke permissions, and review entry logs from an online dashboard. Requirements

You have 8+ years experience in a Product Manager and/or Product Lead role
You’re AI-first. You instinctively consider AI capabilities first when solving product challenges.
You’re insatiably curious, a critical thinker, and have an ownership mindset.
You’re experienced in 0->1 product development where a mature, industry leading product is already in the market.
You’re an effective communicator, able to engage with a wide range of roles, including customers, engineers, executives, and everyone in between.
You’re experienced in 3rd party integrations as well as thinking end-to-end on product delivery, inclusive of GTM motions and partnerships.
You’re an analytical and critical thinker, leveraging data for decision-making and problem-solving.
You’re passionate for understanding customers' needs and developing solutions to address that need with a creative and solution-oriented approach.
You’re highly organized and detail-oriented, delivering projects and leading cross functional teams with executional excellence.
You’re someone who thrives in high-pressure environments, maintaining focus and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

Lead a cross functional team in exploring agentic workflow offerings in adjacent categories, with the ultimate goal of finding product market fit as evidenced by contracted ARR and product adoption.
Develop KPIs and metrics to measure success of the offerings
Drive continuous iteration in a co-creation environment with customers
Wear both hats of delivery and discovery; continuously evaluating customer needs, the competitive landscape, and industry trends to identify top opportunities while working with engineering on bringing new products to market.
