About The Position

We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the development of advanced AI and LLM-powered backend services that support intelligent agent platforms. In this high-impact role, you will design and implement systems that aggregate product knowledge, real-time telemetry, and user context to drive proactive, personalized assistance. You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and growth teams to create AI orchestration engines that enhance customer experiences across multiple channels. This role demands both strategic vision and hands-on execution to ensure AI agents are accurate, context-aware, and scalable. Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience, with a focus on backend services, AI platforms, or intelligent automation.
  • Deep understanding of AI systems using contextual data to provide real-time, personalized guidance.
  • Hands-on experience with RAG pipelines, AI tooling, and agent orchestration.
  • Strong technical acumen for designing scalable, high-concurrency backend systems with strict data privacy and security considerations.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams, drive adoption of centralized AI services, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging analytics to optimize user engagement and system performance.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience designing conversational AI, multi-modal user experiences, or technical support agents is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Define the strategy and roadmap for backend AI services and orchestration engines powering intelligent agents.
  • Lead the design of AI systems that integrate contextual data, product knowledge, and telemetry to provide proactive, personalized assistance.
  • Develop frameworks for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and fine-tuning to ensure accurate, reliable AI responses.
  • Drive cross-functional integration with Product, Engineering, and Growth teams to embed intelligent assistance into core user flows.
  • Establish performance and reliability standards for AI interactions, managing latency and infrastructure efficiency.
  • Analyze customer journeys to identify friction points and implement automated interventions that improve adoption, engagement, and satisfaction.
