The Role: We are seeking a visionary Principal Product Manager to lead the charge for our core Process Intelligence and Automation platform. This is a senior individual contributor role with a massive impact, responsible for setting the product vision, strategy, and execution roadmap. You will be the driving force behind our platform's evolution, ensuring it not only leads the market but defines it. You will immerse yourself in the complex world of enterprise workflows, becoming the go-to expert on the business automation market landscape. Your mission is to translate deep customer empathy and technical expertise into a world-class product that empowers organizations to operate with unparalleled efficiency and intelligence.

Requirements

Experience: 8+ years of product management experience, with a significant portion focused on enterprise B2B SaaS products.
Domain Expertise: Deep expertise in the business automation market. You must have a strong understanding of:
Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN).
Workflow engines and orchestration systems.
Process and task mining technologies.
AI Acumen: A demonstrable passion and "knack" for emerging AI technologies. You should have a strong understanding of LLMs, LAMs, and the burgeoning field of Agentic AI and how they can be applied to solve enterprise challenges.
Product Growth Champion: Proven experience in driving product growth within an enterprise software context. You know how to move metrics and expand market share.
Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and creatively, translating abstract concepts into a clear, actionable product roadmap.
Leadership: A natural thought leader who can inspire and influence cross-functional teams and engage with senior leadership. You are a strong collaborator who values teamwork.
Execution-Oriented: A bias for action and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment. You are comfortable with ambiguity and can drive projects to completion.
Communication: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate a clear and compelling product vision to a wide range of audiences, from engineers to executives.

Responsibilities

Set the Vision: Define and evangelize a compelling long-term vision and strategy for our process discovery platform, aligning it with our ambitious company goals.
Own the Roadmap: Develop, maintain, and execute a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and investments based on customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives.
Subject Matter Expert: Expert on the business automation landscape, including process mining, task mining, BPMN, workflow engines, and orchestration systems in large-scale enterprise environments.
nnovate with AI: Drive the integration of cutting-edge AI technologies, including LLMs, Large Action Models (LAMs), and Agentic AI platforms, to create a truly intelligent and autonomous system. You will generate innovative ideas and lead fast-paced iterations to bring them to life.
Drive Product Growth: Develop and execute strategies for product-led growth, focusing on user acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion within large enterprise accounts.
Lead and Collaborate: Act as a strong product thought leader both internally and externally. You will work collaboratively with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure seamless product development and a successful go-to-market strategy.
Engage with Sales and customers: Spend significant time with sales and customers to understand their pain points, validate hypotheses, and gather feedback to ensure we are building a product that solves real-world problems.
Execute with Excellence: Author detailed product requirements, user stories, and specifications. You will manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation through to launch and beyond, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
