About The Position

As Principal Agent Foundry Product Manager at Epicor, you will lead the strategic direction and execution of AI-powered agents that solve customers’ most complex challenges. You will work closely with customers—both on-site and virtually—to validate high-impact use cases and bring innovative agentic solutions to market. You will be responsible for shaping our long-term roadmap across LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and AI user experience. We are seeking applicants with a visionary mindset, deep technical acumen in AI, and a passion for customer-centered product innovation.

Requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience in product management with a strong track record in launching and scaling technology products
  • 2+ years’ experience in AI, machine learning, or related fields
  • Proven expertise in customer discovery, strategic road mapping, and lifecycle management
  • Advanced knowledge of AI/ML frameworks, algorithms, and technologies
  • Strong analytical and financial skills, including experience with ROI modeling and pricing strategy
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills across cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SaaS and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Hands-on experience with generative AI tooling, including prompt engineering, RAG, and evals
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and enterprise software environments
  • Exposure to data engineering concepts and ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
  • Basic proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C#

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the strategic roadmap for AI agents, ensuring alignment with customer needs and emerging technology trends
  • Lead cross-functional teams to validate use cases, prototype solutions, and deliver high-impact AI products
  • Manage the full lifecycle of AI product portfolios—from ideation through launch and iterative improvement
  • Prioritize enhancements and customer requests to maximize product ROI and market differentiation
  • Evaluate pricing strategies using customer value and ROI analysis to support scalable growth
  • Partner with Product Marketing to develop go-to-market strategies, including beta programs, sales enablement, and reference materials
  • Facilitate customer advisory meetings to gather insights and validate product direction
