About The Position

We are seeking a highly strategic and results-oriented Principal Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our retail trading platform. This role requires deep domain expertise in both cryptocurrency and traditional financial (TradFi) trading products to deliver a seamless, high-performance, and compliant user experience that positions our platform as an industry leader.

Requirements

Min 10+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on crypto trading platforms, derivatives, blockchain/digital assets, or financial infrastructure.
Domain expert on derivatives products (perpetuals/futures/options), including margining, order workflows, and market microstructure.
Proven track record leading large-scale trading platform transformations across Web and App (e.g., unified account models, cross-margin, or multi-product trading experiences).
Strong understanding of exchange liquidity economics and risk frameworks, including funding rates, index/mark price methodology, price limits, tick sizes, leverage/position tiers, and fee strategy.
Experience delivering regulatory-sensitive launches and partnering closely with compliance/legal teams; familiarity with Hong Kong, Singapore, EU (MiCA) and other major jurisdictions is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to work directly with institutional clients, market makers and vendor partners; strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Technical fluency in exchange systems and blockchain technology; familiarity with smart contracts and token economics is a plus.
Experience integrating third-party vendors (KYC/AML, custody, monitoring) and navigating institutional due diligence/security reviews is a plus

Responsibilities

Product Management: Design and scale crypto assets trading products across Spot, Margin, Futures, Perpetuals and Options, including account models (e.g., unified/cross-margin), order lifecycle, margin checks, position management, market data, and interfaces to matching engine and settlement modules.
Market insight: Deep-dive into industry trends and our targeted customers (active retail, institutional, and liquidity providers). Conduct competitor and customer research to identify innovations that keep our trading system leading the industry in terms of both crypto and TradFi.
Strategic Leadership: Lead onshore derivatives programs and jurisdiction-specific rollouts. Partner with compliance and legal to deliver regulatory-sensitive launches (e.g., MiCA/local licensing), including product controls, disclosures/notifications, and operational readiness.
Trading Experience: Drive best-in-class trading UX across Web and App, including modular layouts, advanced order tickets, customizable charting (Kline), and integrated tools that improve speed-to-trade and active trader retention.
Liquidity & Execution Quality: Own liquidity parameters and fee strategy for delta-one products; collaborate with market makers and institutional partners to improve spreads, depth, slippage and fill-rateswhile balancing incentives and platform competitiveness.
Risk Management Framework: Define and enhance risk controls, including price limits, funding rate methodology, index/mark price logic, discount rates, leverage & position tiers, and real-time monitoring/alerting to strengthen market resilience during high-volatility events.
End-to-End Product Oversight: Own product strategy and roadmap from ideation through PRDs/user stories, UAT, launch, optimization and scaling; set clear success metrics and continuous improvement loops.
Stakeholder Engagement & Client Partnerships: Serve asthe primary liaison across engineering, quant/risk, compliance, legal, operations, marketing and BD, as well as institutional clients and liquidity providers; translate complex needs into clear requirements and delivery plans.
Platform Integrations: Evaluate, select and integrate Tier-1 vendors and partners (e.g., KYC/AML, custody, transaction monitoring, market data/risk tooling) to strengthen institutional due diligence readiness and security posture.
Team Development: Build and lead a high-performing team, mentoring product managers and fostering a collaborative culture that encourages professional growth and excellence in product delivery.
Platform Enhancement: Contribute to the continuous evolution of the platform, ensuring it supports cross-border distribution and new product lines (including tokenized RWAs where applicable) while adhering to regulatory and operational requirements.
