Requirements
- Required education and experience: Associate's Degree and 8-10 years' experience
- Discipline/Major: Engineering degree required
- Critical professional related technical skills; computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities
- Using engineering techniques, helps to design, maintain, or improve new or existing products and/or components.
- Designs, models, and tests prototypes for products.
- Conducts research and creates design proposals for projects.
- Establishes design briefs.
- Creates concepts, performance, and production criteria. Identifies and selects materials needed for production.
- Makes samples of working models for demonstration.
- Recommends appropriate production processes and improves usability of the product.
